Chelsea has litigation and transactional experience. On the litigation side, she represents foreign and domestic clients in energy industry-related matters including regulatory compliance, hearings and associated litigation.

Chelsea also counsels and assists clients with acquiring, maintaining, and policing trademark, copyright and domain name rights, and provides litigation support in trademark and patent administrative proceedings and infringement actions.

During law school, Chelsea interned with the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office in New City, New York.
