About Dylan

Dylan Benac focuses his practice on financial lending, hedging and banking transactions. He advises lenders and borrowers in a variety of traditional and creative secured and unsecured credit transactions, including reserve-based loans, acquisition financings, revolvers, term loans and bankruptcy exit facilities. He also has experience in secured and unsecured hedging transactions, commodity transactions and hedge divestitures.

Before joining Bracewell, Dylan was an associate with a large international law firm and served as a judicial intern to Justice Jeffrey S. Boyd of the Texas Supreme Court.

Sable Offshore Corp. — financing in connection with purchase from Exxon Mobil Corporation of the Santa Ynez field in Federal waters offshore California and associated onshore processing and pipeline assets, including pipeline assets acquired by Exxon Mobil from Plains Pipeline L.P. and the merger with Flame Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition entity
