Bracewell Represents Phillips 66 in $1.75 Billion Senior Notes Offering

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Phillips 66 in its recent public offering of $1.75 billion of senior notes, which included $450 million of Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2024, $800 million of 0.900% Senior Notes due 2024 and $500 million of 1.300% Senior Notes due 2026.
