Thomson Reuters Gives Bracewell High Marks for 2012 Syndicated Lending Work

HOUSTON Bracewell & Giuliani LLP is ranked among the top firms in the U.S. for syndicated lending transactions in league tables released by Thomson Reuters’ Loan Pricing Corp.

The tables rank law firms based on the value and the number of transactions they worked on in 2012. Bracewell’s attorneys worked on more than 50 lending transactions in 2012, totaling more than $38 billion.
