Bracewell’s Finance and Corporate Practices Recognized in 2013 Edition of IFLR1000

HOUSTON — Bracewell & Giuliani has been recognized in the Bank Lending, Project Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions categories in the 2013 United States edition of the IFLR1000.

Additionally, partners G. Alan Rafte and Robin J. Miles were recognized as Leading Lawyers. In particular, Miles was cited for his “excellent financial knowledge.” IFLR also detailed that the firm’s bank lending practice, which it said “deserves to be more widely known for its work on behalf of both borrowers and lenders.”

Other Bracewell attorneys recognized in the IFLR1000 for their work on behalf of the firm were Ron I. Erlichman, Ryan S. Holcomb, Mark D. Holmes, Charles H. Still Jr., and Thomas M. Tomlinson. These attorneys, in addition to Rafte and Miles, were recognized for their work on behalf of such clients as Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank and El Paso Corporation.
