Bracewell represents companies involved in the development and production of technologies, products and services that protect Americans at home and abroad, including military products and services, security services, aircraft maintenance and ground support equipment, shipbuilding and information technology.

In aerospace and defense, we have decades of experience helping companies identify relationships with vendors and contractors, develop proposal strategies, and optimize teaming arrangements and other cooperative work arrangements. We represent government contractors of all types who do business with the federal government through contracts, grants, cooperative agreements or other transactions.

As experienced legislative advocates in Washington, we support the work of clients engaged in the development and implementation of defense and security technologies by working closely with Congress, the White House, and U.S. administrative departments and agencies such as the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Transportation Security Administration. We identify the key decision-makers, arrange briefings and develop a strategic plan to ensure that stakeholders understand the critical technologies, products and services our clients provide that help protect the public.

On the regulatory front, we assist clients in complying with statutes and regulations associated with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
