We assist clients in evaluating the effectiveness of intellectual property portfolios as a shelter for investments in products and markets, while maximizing potential returns.  Through our early engagement in licensing transactions, we help ensure that deals are in accord with a client’s overall intellectual asset management strategy.  We negotiate agreements covering all aspects of product distribution, including distributors, sales representatives, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), value-added resellers (VARs), channel allies and franchises.
