William B. Simmons ("Bo") focuses his practice on transactions in the electric power and utility industries, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic investments, as well as related corporate governance matters, securities offerings and project financings. He has represented U.S. and international clients in matters involving utility holding companies, conventional generation assets, renewables (including utility-scale projects and distributed generation businesses), electric transmission assets and district energy systems.
