Suna J. Mirza
Suna Mirza's practice focuses on corporate and commercial work throughout the Middle East and Europe with particular experience of advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment funds, corporate tax, and general company advisory work. Clients that Suna assists are drawn from numerous sectors, including private equity, retail and energy.
Suna also has experience working as in-house counsel for the UK energy regulator Ofgem, with a particular focus on electricity transmission. Her work included providing legal advice on Project Transmit (an open review of electricity transmission charging and associated connection arrangements) and the Integrated Transmission Planning and Regulation Project (a review of Britain’s existing arrangements for planning and delivering the electricity transmission network).
