Sue Isono is a paralegal in the firm’s IP litigation practice group and a member of the New York bar.  She focuses on patent infringement matters and assists in all aspects of litigation from pre-filing due diligence through discovery, Markman hearings, and trial.  Her responsibilities include case management, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, discovery management, technical translation, and research.  

Prior to joining the firm, Sue managed e-discovery in patent, commercial, regulatory, and class action lawsuits involving Japanese companies.  She supervised large teams of document reviewers and performed quality control, privilege, and technical document analysis, utilizing a variety of e-discovery management applications and platforms.  Sue also has experience in corporate and securities, tax, and bankruptcy matters.
