Bob Kraemer focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters and assisting private and public clients on transactions involving federal, state and local economic development incentives. He routinely represents property owners, developers, municipalities, and other government entities on a wide variety of property issues including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, leasing, and operation of improved and unimproved real property and the real estate components of public finance projects.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Bob served as Deputy Chief Counsel of the real property division for the General Counsel of the Air Force, providing legal services for the management all Air Force real property across the United States.

Representative Matters

Sale and acquisition of real property assets in multiple states associated with stock or asset purchases and sale/leaseback transactions.

Establishment of new residential and mixed-use communities including negotiation and drafting of covenants, restrictions and related documentation.

Negotiation and document preparation of commercial and retail sales contracts and leases.

Establishment of tax increment reinvestment zones with multiple taxing jurisdictions for commercial and residential developments.

Preparation of private and public construction contracts for road and utilities development.

Donation of land to non-profit and governmental entities.

Negotiation and drafting of various easement agreements, use restrictions, licenses and rights of access.
