About Rita

Rita Maxwell focuses her practice on litigation and white collar defense matters involving corporations and individuals, internal investigations, mediations, and arbitrations.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Rita served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco of the District Court for the Eastern District of New York (now of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit). Rita is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Georgetown University.
