Peggy Christman represents cities, school districts and nonprofit organizations in public finance transactions. She has served as bond counsel and disclosure counsel to traditional governmental entities, particularly airports and school districts, and she has experience as bond counsel for conduit financings. Peggy also represents investment banking firms as underwriter’s counsel.
