Serving as bond counsel to an airport system in the issuance of more than $1 billion of tax-exempt revenue bonds and commercial paper

Serving as bond counsel in conduit bond financings involving hospitals and nonprofit organizations

Representing regional and national underwriters relating to bond issues by local governments and nonprofit organizations, and providing advice regarding compliance with securities laws

Representing tax increment reinvestment zones focused on residential and commercial development and redevelopment
