Jodie Frampton


Paul Jones is a corporate lawyer dedicated to providing transactional and regulatory advice in the energy sector. Paul has advised a range of private and public sector clients on upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas acquisitions, disposals, projects and joint ventures.

Paul's practice has a particular focus on Africa. He has extensive market experience having spent over a year on secondment to law firms in Ghana and Tanzania and advised clients on transactions across the continent.
