Catherine H. Day
Kate Day represents lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in all types of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including senior and subordinated debt financings, acquisition financings, project financings, term loans, working capital loans, cross-border financings, bond credit enhancement facilities, and financial asset securitizations, and in connection with the various interbank relationships involved in syndicated loan transactions. Kate also handles loan restructurings and workouts for most of her clients in the energy lending industry. She has significant experience in MLP financing, oil and gas reserve-based lending, leveraged buyouts, secured asset-based loans, and complex or non-traditional forms of financing, including off-balance sheet transactions.
Kate's clients include domestic and foreign banks, private equity funds, public companies, and privately held companies.
