Jessica Freedson’s practice involves the representation of clients from Fortune 500 corporations to small, family-owned businesses in state and federal court at both trial and appellate levels, as well as in mediation, arbitration, and before state and federal administrative authorities. She advises and provides counsel on employee hiring, discipline, termination, internal investigations, and e-discovery issues. Jessica also prepares and reviews employee handbooks and policies.

Jessica also has a background representing employers in labor and employment litigation cases including matters arising under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, OSHA, ERISA, and similar state statutes, as well as under common law theories of liability affecting the employer-employee relationship.

Prior to entering private practice, Jessica served as a law clerk to Judge Martha Hill Jamison, formerly of the 164th Harris County Civil District Court.
