Jason W. Keating
Jason Keating represents lending institutions, money center banks and regional banks in a wide array of financing transactions, such as corporate and other working capital loans, revolving credit and letter of credit facilities, syndicated loan transactions, acquisition loans, energy securitizations and project finance.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Jason served as judicial intern to the Honorable Alan G. Lance Sr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C.
Jason currently serves as a Captain in the United States Army Reserves.
Represented the borrower in connection with the financing of a 2.1 MW expansion of a rooftop solar project for Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The combined 8.3 MW project is the largest rooftop solar array in the U.S.
Represented the lenders in the refinancing of a $2.8 billion credit facility to pay off existing indebtedness related to the construction of an LNG re-gasification terminal and connecting pipeline.
Represented the lenders on the $1 billion project financing of a 674 MW combined-cycle power plant in Salem, Massachusetts.
Represented the lenders in the refinancing of a $300 million credit facility to support the development of residential, commercial and utility scale solar projects in the United States and Canada.
Represented the lenders on the project financing of the 531 MW hydroelectric power project in Chile. The deal was recognized with the 2013 Latin American Power Deal of the Year Award by Project Finance International.
