Chad Ennis is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on intellectual property. He litigates before the federal district courts and the Federal Circuit. He primarily litigates disputes related to patents but has experience litigating trade secret, trade dress, and copyright claims. He also helps clients to secure patents, copyrights, and trademarks before the United Stated Patent and Trademark Office and the Copyright Office. His litigation experience includes jury trials, arbitration panels and appeals, Markman and summary judgment proceedings, fact and expert discovery, and mediation and settlement negotiations.

Chad represents clients in the technology sector, including those involved in energy, chemistry, wireless communication, computer software and hardware, computer process manufacturing, wind turbine generators, pharmaceuticals, and graphics processing.

After law school, he was selected to the Attorney General's Honors Program in the Department of Justice and assigned an Assistant United States Attorney's position in Baton Rouge, LA. Prior to law school, Chad worked as an engineer in the oil industry and managed production for more than 300 natural gas wells in south Texas.
