Ben Ruzow focuses his practice on complex commercial arbitration and litigation matters, including appellate and bankruptcy litigation.  His trial experience includes second-chair direct and cross examinations, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, and drafting and arguing pre- and post-trial motions and briefs. Ben’s bankruptcy litigation experience includes representing debtors and creditors across multiple industries in bankruptcy and federal appellate courts nationwide.

Ben also has an eDiscovery practice, which includes working closely with clients to develop preservation and production plans; consulting on vendor selection and pricing; participating in eDiscovery meet-and-confer conferences; drafting objections and responses to discovery demands; managing large-scale document reviews, productions and privilege log preparation performed by both contract and in-house attorneys; and researching and litigating related legal issues concerning preservation, collection, production and withholding on the basis of privilege.

Ben also has experience from cases he handles on a pro bono basis ranging from complex commercial litigation to immigration-related matters.

During law school, Ben was a legal intern with the Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices, Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice.
