HOUSTON (March 10, 2014) – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP represented Evercore Partners, as financial advisor to the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of Summit Midstream GP, LLC, the general partner of Summit Midstream Partners, LP (the “Partnership”), regarding the Partnership’s acquisition of 100% of the equity interests in Red Rock Gathering Company, LLC from a subsidiary of Summit Midstream Partners, LLC for $305 million in cash.
