Bracewell Represents ENOSERV in Sale of Assets

HOUSTON – Bracewell represented ENOSERV LLC in the sale of its assets to Doble Engineering Company, a subsidiary of ESCO Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ESE). ENOSERV provides multi-platform software technologies to integrate and standardize relay testing. The acquisition will expand Doble’s services to electric power organizations facing changing regulatory, business and industry environments.
