Bracewell & Giuliani LLP Represents Howard Midstream Energy Partners in $500 Million Acquisition

HOUSTON - Bracewell LLP represented Howard Midstream Energy Partners, LLC in its negotiation of a purchase and sale agreement to acquire northeast Pennsylvania gathering assets in Bradford and Lycoming counties from Southwestern Energy Company for $500 million. The agreement was signed on March 18, 2015, and the transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2015.
