Timothy A. Wilkins to Teach at University of Texas School of Law

AUSTIN (April 10, 2007) — Bracewell & Giuliani LLP attorney Timothy A. Wilkins will serve as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas School of Law in the fall semester of 2007. He will teach “Corporate Environmental Law.” 

The course will address the issues involved in practicing environmental law on behalf of regulated businesses, emphasizing the role of environmental lawyers in transactions, auditing, permitting, enforcement, cleanups, and compliance matters and highlighting the practice skills most relevant to environmental lawyers working with regulated businesses.

Mr. Wilkins is the head of Bracewell’s environmental and natural resources practice group and has long served as an Adjunct Professor teaching environmental law courses at the University of Houston Law Center.
