Thomson Reuters Ranks Bracewell in Top Tier for 2014 U.S. Loan Volume

HOUSTON – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP ranked 12^th overall with $71.3 billion in volume and stood 15^th overall with 83 in number of deals in the 2014 Thomson Reuters United States syndicated lending league tables combining borrower and lender transactions.

For borrower work, Bracewell ranked 10^th with $35.7 billion of volume and 14^th with 26 deals. For its lead arranger work, the firm stood 14^th with $35.6 billion of volume and 14^th with 57 deals.

Bracewell was the top ranked Texas-based firm in overall volume and the second ranked Texas-based firm in relation to total number of deals.
