Robert Sheeder Inducted by The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers

DALLAS (June 26, 2007) — Bracewell & Giuliani LLP partner Robert E. Sheeder has been elected as a new fellow by The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. 

The College was established in 1995 through an initiative of the Council of The Section of Labor and Employment Law of The American Bar Association.  It operates as a free-standing organization recognizing those who, by long and outstanding service, have distinguished themselves as leaders in the field.

The installation ceremony will take place on November 10 in Philadelphia.

Mr. Sheeder graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 1976.  For more than 30 years, he has represented management in all aspects of labor and employment law before federal and state agencies and courts. His practice includes litigation and counseling of management on areas including discrimination, harassment, collective actions and class actions, union organizing and wage-hour issues.
