Firm Hosts Employment Law Update

HOUSTON  Bracewell & Giuliani LLP's labor and employment group will be providing Corpus Christi businesses with updates on recent changes to employment legislation. Key topics will include: understanding new Family and Medical Leave Act rules; the Americans and Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008; recent Supreme Court rulings and their impact on employers; and changes in laws related to union organizing.
