Bracewell's Lending Practice Posts Strong Numbers in 2010 Rankings

HOUSTON Bracewell & Giuliani LLP is ranked among the top law firms for syndicated loans in 2010, according to Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation (LPC) league tables. The firm was ranked 11th for the volume of its syndicated lending deals in 2010, totaling more than $31 billion. The firm also saw high rankings for its representation of both borrowers and lenders in syndicated loans transactions.

The league tables rank law firms based on the volume and number of deals in which they were counsel from January through December 2010. Bracewell ranked as follows:
