Bracewell Partners Constance Rhebergen and Albert Kimball Named to List of WIPR Leaders 2017

Rhebergen, who serves as head of Bracewell’s technology and intellectual property section, has a rich blend of skills honed over years of practice. As a result, she is highly proficient across a range of technologies, including energy, chemical and process applications, mechanical arts, and computer software. Her clients include national oil companies, trademark owners, software developers, and engineering companies among others. As a registered patent attorney, Rhebergen is well placed to counsel and represent business clients in the identification, protection, licensing and transfer of intellectual property assets and in providing patent infringement and validity opinions. Her experience working on behalf of clients spans across the United States, Latin America, Europe, MENA region and beyond. In addition to her practice responsibilities, Rhebergen previously served as a member of the firm’s management committee.

Kimball is a cornerstone of Bracewell’s IP practice. He counsels U.S. and global clients in the acquisition and enforcement of IP rights, principally patents and trademarks. With the firm’s core focus on energy and technology, he provides significant experience in geophysical data analysis and processing, as well as exploration and production having prepared and obtained a substantial number of patents in the oil and gas industry and also computer systems and data processing.
