Bracewell & Giuliani Elects Two New Members to Management Committee

HOUSTON — Bracewell & Giuliani LLP is pleased to announce that partners Glenn A. Ballard, Jr. and Gregory M. Bopp have been elected to serve three-year terms on the firm's management committee.

Ballard focuses on complex commercial litigation with emphasis on intellectual property, real estate, banking, and energy disputes. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is an Associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Bopp serves as co-chair of the firm's business and regulatory practice. He has experience in tax and corporate matters related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital markets transactions. His clients include master limited partnerships (MLPs), public corporations, investment banks and private investment funds. A significant part of Bopp's practice involves energy related assets and businesses, including pipelines and other midstream assets, upstream oil and gas assets, and oilfield services. Bopp is regularly recognized as one of the leading corporate/M&A and tax lawyers by Chambers USA and Legal 500.
