Bracewell Elects Two New Management Committee Members

Bracewell & Giuliani LLP has announced that Houston Partners Gregory M. Bopp and Amy Karff Halevy have been elected to serve a three-year term on Bracewell’s firm wide management committee.

Bopp serves as co-chair of the firm's Business and Regulatory Section. His practice focuses on tax structuring, joint ventures, M&A and capital markets transactions for midstream and upstream energy clients, including master limited partnerships (MLPs).
