Bracewell Climbs in Syndicated Loans Rankings During First Half of 2010

HOUSTON Bracewell & Giuliani LLP has been ranked among the top law firms for syndicated loans in Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation (LPC) league tables. The firm climbed to number 11 for the volume (dollar value) of its syndicated lending deals in the first half of 2010, up from number 30 for the same time period in 2009. The firm also saw higher rankings for its representation of both borrowers and lenders in syndicated loans transactions.

The league tables rank law firms based on the volume and number of deals in which they were counsel from January through June 2010. Bracewell was ranked as follows:
