Warren Harris will serve as a moderator during the Texas Supreme Court Historical Society and the State Bar of Texas' live reenactment and discussion of the historically significant case, Texas v. White.

The landmark case addressed the legal status of the former Confederate states. Former Chief Justice Thomas R. Phillips will give a historical overview of the case. David J. Beck and Lynne Liberato will argue the case, and Chief Justice Wallace B. Jefferson will lead a panel of distinguished Texas Supreme Court and federal judges in hearing the argument.
