• With a new Chairwoman, ongoing investigations, a backload of work and new challenges daily, what can you expect from Mary Jo White's SEC?
• We have read about the emerging enforcement priorities, but do we know just how aggressive new SEC Chairwoman Mary Jo White will be?
• How will the New SEC affect issuers, the markets and investors?
• What can you expect in enforcement actions?

Bracewell addressed these questions in a spirited roundtable discussion that provided valuable insights from Bracewell attorneys who served with Chairwoman White at the U.S. Attorney's office and who battled with and against her in private practice in government investigations. Additionally, our panel included former high-ranking SEC senior officials, Justice Department officials, and corporate and hedge fund lawyers. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison provided opening remarks.

We regularly work with the SEC's Commissioners, Divisions and Offices on enforcement, regulatory and policy matters, as well as with the Congressional committees that oversee the Commission. In this discussion we connected the dots and helped attendees navigate through these uncharted waters.
