He will also serve as the presider at the discussion "The Implications of Scientifically Based Research (SBR) and Peer-Reviewed Research (PRR) for Special Education Litigation."

Merri Schneider-Vogel will co-present "To File or Not to File: When Can and Should a School District Request a Special Education Due Process Hearing."

Chris Gilbert will present "Thou Shall Not Teach: Religious Challenges to Curriculum and Instruction."

Kim James will serve as the presider at the case analysis "It Can Happen in Kansas, Too, Toto."

Kelly Frels and Janet Horton will co-present "Employee Documentation: A Workable System."
