Program Description
"Where in the World Is Carmen San Diego, Ltd.?" A hypothetical case study informed by the new chapter 15 and case law under it of a company that needs financial restructuring that is organized outside the United States, but with assets, securities and creditors both inside and outside the U.S. A review of the major strategic issues for such a case.
